Industrial radiographs already leave the scanner as DICONDE (ASTM E2339), often stored as .dcm. 1weld reads that file. Third-party ingest without the vendor’s imager is the bar. If your CR only writes a proprietary blob, we say so on the walkthrough — we do not pretend.
