In August 2026 we profiled the global weld-radiograph software set — software-only ADR, hardware+software cabinets, OSS, and the India/US/Indonesia/Brazil geo lanes.
HITL DICONDE viewers exist. A few weld ADR modules exist (sentin, COMPASS, iMeva, Dhvani AI, D-Tect changelog). Factory CT CAD-compare exists (VGSTUDIO, ZEISS ZADD, Yxlon).
The combination a small shop actually needs does not:
- CAD or isometric weld-seam registry as input
- a named-code signable RT draft
- e-signature / Level II lock
- a per-seam price aimed at a 2–30 person shop
Named SKU customers of the current tools are OEMs, owner-operators, and large TIC groups. Published headcount in the 2–30 band among those SKU users: none we could source.
That is why 1weld meters the seam, runs on-prem, and does not sell a cabinet.
